They can set you up with the paperwork you need for your collective and guide you a little more. All collectives have to be non-profit. You need to find a location and then get a seller’s permit. You cannot get a business license for this in a lot of cities because they have ordinances/moratoriums set up to block this. When that happens, you’re operating in violation of zoning ordinances and are subject to fines and civil charges. Like I said, talk to an attorney.
